Tailor Ridge Capital Management is a specialty lender focused on helping real estate investors acquire and renovate or build single- and multifamily homes for resale or refinancing in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the greater New England area.
Knowledge Rooted in Experience
We understand our borrowers’ needs and have deep knowledge of the local markets we lend in. Two of our founding partners are longtime real estate investors, who have borrowed tens of millions of dollars in hard money loans. We know that each property is a unique, time sensitive opportunity.
