Chris Johnson is a co-founder and managing partner of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Chris started his career in corporate law and thereafter transitioned to investment management with a focus on alternative investments. Chris got involved in the hard money lending business for the first time in 2016 as an investor and later served as an advisor to a regional lender prior to co-founding Tailor Ridge in 2020. Chris is heavily involved in originations, finance and investor relations in addition to overall management of the business. Chris resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Nik Schneider is a co-founder and managing partner of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Nik started his career investing in distressed, value-add residential real estate in 2008 with a strong focus on the 1-8 unit space. Over the years he has acquired, renovated, and managed properties across multiple states and built out operations for the related construction, property management, real estate sales and leasing businesses. Nik is heavily involved in underwriting, process, and borrower relations in addition to overall management of the business. Nik resides in Massachusetts with his wife and three children

Dan Schneider is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Dan has been purchasing real estate at foreclosure auctions and managing construction projects through a number of companies since the late 1980s. Dan is heavily involved in underwriting, research and draws in addition to overall management of the business. Dan is a licensed attorney and resides in Massachusetts with his wife.

Michael Didier is a Partner and Co-Founder of Tailor Ridge Capital Management, where he leads capital formation, investor relations, and strategic business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in alternative investments, having overseen fundraising and investor development for several successful long-short equity hedge funds before transitioning to private real estate credit in 2016.

At Tailor Ridge, Mr. Didier is responsible for investor outreach, capital raising initiatives, and cultivating relationships with family offices, wealth advisors, institutions, and other strategic partners. He has played a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and expanding its investor base since inception. He is based in New York City.

Paula is the Chief Financial Officer and Fund Controller of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. With over 25 years of experience in senior financial management and accounting roles across the legal, telecommunications, and real estate industries, Paula brings a strong foundation of financial expertise to Tailor Ridge. Joining Tailor Ridge shortly after its founding in 2020, Paula oversees the Accounting Department and its staff, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial statements, accounts receivable, draw disbursements, and cash management. She works closely with the Managing Partners and the Loan Servicing Department to support the day-to-day financial and operational needs of the company. Paula resides in Massachusetts with her two children.

Jordan Wyborn brings over seven years of private lending and loan servicing experience in both Canada and the United States, giving borrowers the assurance that their loan is in capable, experienced hands from close to payoff. She launched her career at Canada’s largest mortgage brokerage, rising to Vice President of its private lending division before leading the launch of a Mortgage Investment Corporation — overseeing everything from day-to-day servicing operations to investor reporting and regulatory compliance. Jordan later brought that expertise stateside, working in enterprise implementation with The Mortgage Office, one of the industry’s leading loan servicing platforms. At Tailor Ridge Capital, she ensures the borrower experience over the life of the loan is seamless, transparent, and professional for every customer we work with.

Marcia Ribeiro brings over 20 years of accounting experience to her role at Tailor Ridge Capital, giving borrowers confidence that the financial backbone behind every loan is managed with precision and care. With a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll administration — including a previous role as Assistant Controller in the telecommunications industry — Marcia ensures the fund’s accounting operations run smoothly and accurately. She oversees the accounting department’s junior staff and works closely with the loan servicing team to keep everything behind the scenes running without a hitch.

Morgan Slayter joined Tailor Ridge Capital in 2025, bringing hands-on real estate experience that gives borrowers a knowledgeable partner through both the underwriting and draw process. Her background in property flips — from auction acquisition all the way to closing — means she understands the full arc of a project and what it takes to get it across the finish line. As a licensed real estate agent with William Raveis, Morgan brings additional insight into local market dynamics and property valuation that sharpens every deal she touches. She works closely with borrowers to coordinate draw inspections and ensure construction projects stay on track and on schedule.

Matthew Reifer joined Tailor Ridge Capital in 2025, bringing a well-rounded background in deal origination, underwriting, and real estate valuation that makes him a reliable resource for borrowers from first conversation to closing table. Prior to Tailor Ridge, Matt gained valuable experience at Berkadia, where he sharpened his skills in deal execution and Insurance management. Today, he plays a hands-on role in moving loans through the pipeline — coordinating closings, supporting draw processes, and ensuring borrowers have a smooth and transparent experience every step of the way. A licensed real estate agent in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Matt brings strong local market knowledge and a sales-driven approach to every deal.

Dalton Povilaitis is the first point of contact for borrowers looking to move fast and close with confidence. As Head of Origination & DSCR at Tailor Ridge Capital, he guides borrowers through the loan process from initial inquiry to the closing table, leveraging his background in underwriting and financial analysis to structure deals that work. As a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and [a business owner] himself, Dalton understands what’s at stake for investors and operators on the ground — and he’s committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
