Chris Johnson is a partner and co-founder of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Chris first encountered the hard money lending space as a fund-allocator and acted as an advisor to a regional hard-money lender prior to co-founding Tailor Ridge. Chris has worked in roles in investment management, finance and corporate law. Chris holds a law degree from the University of Zurich in Switzerland, where he grew up, and an MBA from NYU Stern. Chris lives in NJ with his wife and daughter.

Nikolas Schneider is a partner and co-founder of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Nikolas has many years of experience as a distressed real estate investor, construction project manager and operator. Nikolas continues to own and operate a real estate portfolio in New England. Nikolas resides in Massachusetts with his wife and three children.

Daniel Schneider is a partner and co-founder of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Dan has thirty (30) plus years’ experience in distressed real estate investing, rehabilitation, management, and lending. He was a co-founder of multiple private lenders prior to co-founding Tailor Ridge Capital in 2020. Dan graduated Loyola Law School in 1987.

Michael Didier is a partner and co-founder of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Mike has been an investment fund business development professional for nearly two decades, the past five years specifically in the bridge loan/alternative income space. Michael is based in New York City and grew up in Florida, where he attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree, and the University of Miami for his MBA.

Paula Bleidorn is the Chief Financial Officer and Fund Controller of Tailor Ridge Capital Management. Paula worked as the Corporate Controller and CFO for companies in the Legal, Telecommunications and Real Estate Industries. She brings over 25 years of experience in preparing and analyzing financial and operational details for service companies. Paula graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS from the College of Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance in 1995. Paula resides in Massachusetts with her husband and two sons.
